Damaged Merchandise

•If your purchase is altered or damaged by the time you receive it you have 5 days to contact us so that we may send you another. If the item is sold out you may choose any crystal from our shop.

Care Instructions

•Before we ship your companion or purchase out we cleanse each and everyone with lemongrass, sage, and Palo santo🌙
You can also use anyone of these to cleanse your crystal companions. You may also use water and sound bowls💕
**Warning: Do NOT cleanse selenite with water the crystal will began to degrade.

 

Processing & Shipping 

•Processing times are 1-7 business days(orders are shipped much sooner) If any shipping address is incorrect you have 24 hours to email us to get address corrected. Once items are shipped we no longer have any control over the shipment! We will not issue any refunds if orders are shipped to the wrong address!
